How a kitchen remodel works
We start with how you use the kitchen: who cooks, where groceries are unloaded and what needs storage. From there we draw the layout, select cabinetry and countertops, and schedule the work to keep the kitchen out of service for as short a time as possible.
What sets the price
Relocating plumbing, gas lines or walls costs more than keeping the existing layout. Cabinet construction, countertop material and appliances are the other major factors. Your written estimate itemizes each before work begins.
Preserving original features
Many older Saratoga homes have brick, solid wood or trim worth keeping. We design around those features, as with the exposed chimney in the kitchen on this page.
Design before demolition

How does pricing work?
After a site visit, we provide a written estimate with the scope of work, the price and a payment schedule. If the scope changes during the job, we agree on the change and its cost in writing before proceeding.
